- Dust the tops of door and window frames
- Wash walls, especially in high traffic areas, bathroom, and kitchen
- Wipe baseboards and trim
- Clean the fronts of kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors and drawers
- Wash potholders, curtains, and other fabric items in the kitchen that collect grease and dust.
- Clean ceiling fan blades
- Wipe out the outside and inside of your washer (parts that don’t fill with water), dryer, and dishwasher
- Vacuum behind and under beds and larger furniture
- Wash throw blankets to freshen for the winter months
- Send the trash can lid, pet dishes, coffee tray, and other items through the dishwasher for sanitation
- Rinse and bleach the insides of trash cans
- Take down glass light fixtures, wash, and dry
- Wash shower curtain, rugs, and other fabric items in bathroom
- Wipe/treat mold spots in bathroom
- Replace shower curtain liner
- Replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- Replace furnace filter
- Replace air purifier filter
- Replace humidifier filter
